Mariah Karson is a Chicago based artist, currently living and working in the East Pilsen neighborhood. She is the Events Coordinator and Co-Owner of The Compound, a photo studio and art space. Mariah also spent several years as Donna Party, playing roller derby and co-chairing Marketing and Creative committees for the Windy City Rollers, but has recently retired. When she is not taking photos or roller skating, you can find her riding her bicycle, practicing yoga, sewing, or cooking at home with her cat.
